Proposal Engineer
(Asia Pacific
HC) |
Position
Summary |
Proposal Engineer supports all Customer Support and Maintenance
(CSM) opportunities to deliver proposals with standard templates and
costing tools and in accordance with the Project Approval and Review
Board (PARB) process. The position will work closely with business leaders,
solution architects, sales and engineering / technical support / consulting
teams to scope and price proposals for field service offerings
(upgrades/migrations/etc), remote support offerings, consulting services
and remanufacture services including periodic contracts which will
include all or a number of the above offerings (eg Modernisation Service
Agreements). |

| Qulifications |
1. 5+ years’ experience as a field service engineer or other project /
application engineering focused position.
2. Very good knowledge in Rockwell Automation products including
PLC, Standard Drive, Software, Networks, and ideally good
knowledge of third party products
3. Good Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge.
4. Tact, excellent interpersonal / collaboration skills, and self-motivation
are essential characteristics.
5. Good Communication with soft skill. Extensive analysis and problem
solving skills also.
6. Good English writing and speaking skills.
7. Bachelor degree in automation, electrical engineering or equivalent
8. Typically 2-5 years related experience in contracts and proposal. |
Powertrain
T/C (Technical
Consultant) |
Position
Summary |
Powertrain Technical Consultant is responsible for managing the technical relationship between Rockwell Automation and the
Strategic Powertrain
OEM Accounts and End Users. The PTTC will have strong powertrain
industry knowledge allowing for effective coordination of the
combined resources of Rockwell Automation sales, support and
product groups on behalf of the customers. The PTTC will apply
technical skills, engineering methodologies, and life cycle support
competencies to solve customer
problems and create a significant competitive advantage. |

| Qulifications |
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or other related
technical field.
2. At least 5+ years of related experience with
recognized technical expertise in Automotive
process or Powertrain applications.
3. Strong application knowledge and
demonstrated project management skills.
4. Preferred location based in Korea (Busan).
5. Advanced knowledge of the application of Rockwell Automation
core products and systems: Logix control, FactoryTalkView
visualization, I/O platforms, communication networks
(Ethernet/IP, ControlNet and DeviceNet), Safety products /
Safety Controllers, and related Software products
6. Experience and background developing HMI applications.
7. Experience in applying Low-voltage drives as well as Motion Control.
8. Advanced software experience with historians, databases, network
security and OPC. |

| Qulifications |
1. BS, BA required and 8+ years background in marketing and

3. Demonstrated capability to work on multiple types of projects at any
one time. Proven track record resolving complex issues in creative
and effective ways.
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-business and cross-regional teams to
leverage expertise where is it available to get the job done.
5. Industry and solution-specific knowledge; strong project
management, interpersonal, leadership, organizational and
written/verbal communication skills; ability to sell ideas and present
strategies at an executive level. |
