Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and influential Branch
Manager to drive growth strategies and successfully
build strong relationships with key customers and
partners within a designated regional market.
This role is responsible for achieving sales targets,
managing critical accounts, overseeing distribution
channels, and leading a high-performance team to
maximize our market share in the assigned territory.

Main responsibilities
Account Management
ㆍManage key customers and cultivate strong business
   relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the
   branch territory.
ㆍDevelop strategies and tools specifically designed for
   effective key account management.
ㆍManage and utilize the sales tool system.
Distributor Management
ㆍTrain, mentor, and improve the performance of
   distributors operating in the branch territory.
ㆍMonitor and control distributor inventory levels and
   Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
ㆍEnsure distributors strictly follow all company
   guidelines and contractual agreements.
Marketing and Sales Activities
ㆍAchieve all assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual
   sales targets for the branch.
ㆍDevelop area-specific sales tools and tactics to

ㆍMaintain budgeting control of area expenses.
ㆍContinuously monitor and maintain in-depth

Who you are
ㆍ8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably

Sales Strategy & Performance Management
ㆍDevelop and Execute Digital Sales Strategy :
   Formulate digital sales strategies aligned with our
   digital product goals, translating market analysis,
   customer segmentation, and competitive insights

ㆍAchieve Revenue Targets : Take primary responsibility
   for achieving the team's revenue quotas, leading and
   supporting pipeline management, opportunity

Qualifications

ㆍBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science,
   Software Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical
   Informatics, or a related field.
ㆍ7+ years of B2B software solution sales experience
   and 3+ years in a sales team leader or
   management role.
ㆍDeep understanding and experience with modern
   software sales methodologies, including SaaS, cloud
   solutions, and subscription models.
ㆍIn-depth understanding of the diagnostics industry
   or healthcare IT, including relevant experience
   (e.g., LIS, EMR integration).
ㆍProven experience successfully managing and
   leading complex, long sales cycles.
ㆍExcellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills,
   with a track record of driving team performance.
ㆍStrong communication, presentation, and
   negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support to setup & service the POC system in
customers’ sites.
(BGE, Connected Hospital Glucose, etc.)

ㆍInstall POC in a newly installed system in
   customers’ sites.
ㆍProcess calibrations and Quality control for setup.
ㆍCheck the customers’ current workflow, consult and
   recommend better way for users who are
   unfamiliar with Roche system.
ㆍUser training the customers for their proficiency;
   operation, internal quality control, maintenance,
   and tip for users.

Perform evaluation of reagents, analyzers and tasks
ㆍProcess evaluation compared with competitors to
   verify specifications refer to CLSI guidelines after
   setting up the new analyzers or system.
ㆍProcess evaluation comparing with previous Roche
   analyzers or reagents to verify specification refer to
   CLSI guideline.
ㆍProduce the evaluation reports and submit it for
   customers after terminating evaluation.

External & Internal training
ㆍprovide proper user training for customers of
   Roche analyzers.
ㆍOperation, maintenance, and other tips for beginners.
ㆍTest principles, clinical significance, additional
   functions in the system for advanced customers.
ㆍRelated internal stakeholder & Distributor training
ㆍPresentation material development

Problem solving the issues from customers
ㆍVisit the customers’ sites due to their inquiries and
   claims, and solve the problems as soon as possible.
ㆍMonitor and complete various technical problem
   with efficient way
ㆍContact with GCS and generate claim report if it
   cannot be solved locally.
ㆍShare the experience to colleagues for work efficiency.

Update information of Roche products(SN/QN)
ㆍUpdate information about current products for
   customer support.

ㆍDevelopment of POC product training materials

Distributor Service Management
ㆍEstablish and operate a training system for
   distributor's service staff.

Qualifications
ㆍExperience & Education: Bachelor's degree with a
   minimum of 1 years of POC specialist or service or
