Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and influential Branch
Manager to drive growth strategies and successfully
build strong relationships with key customers and
partners within a designated regional market.
This role is responsible for achieving sales targets,
managing critical accounts, overseeing distribution
channels, and leading a high-performance team to
maximize our market share in the assigned territory.
Main responsibilities
Account Management
ㆍManage key customers and cultivate strong business
relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the
branch territory.
ㆍDevelop strategies and tools specifically designed for
effective key account management.
ㆍManage and utilize the sales tool system.
Distributor Management
ㆍTrain, mentor, and improve the performance of
distributors operating in the branch territory.
ㆍMonitor and control distributor inventory levels and
Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
ㆍEnsure distributors strictly follow all company
guidelines and contractual agreements.
Marketing and Sales Activities
ㆍAchieve all assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales targets for the branch.
ㆍDevelop area-specific sales tools and tactics to
effectively implement marketing plans.
ㆍMaintain budgeting control of area expenses.
ㆍContinuously monitor and maintain in-depth
knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Team Leadership & Supervision
ㆍSupervise, manage, and lead direct reports to
successfully achieve their targets and objectives,
fostering a high-performance team environment.
Who you are
ㆍ8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably
within the relevant industry.
ㆍDemonstrated technical sales skills necessary to
effectively engage and manage professional
customers.
ㆍIn-depth understanding of the respective market
situation and profile of key customers.
ㆍExceptional inter-personal skills and proficiency in
building enduring relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.

Qualifications
ㆍBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical
Informatics, or a related field.
ㆍ7+ years of B2B software solution sales experience
and 3+ years in a sales team leader or
management role.
ㆍDeep understanding and experience with modern
software sales methodologies, including SaaS, cloud
solutions, and subscription models.
ㆍIn-depth understanding of the diagnostics industry
or healthcare IT, including relevant experience
(e.g., LIS, EMR integration).
ㆍProven experience successfully managing and
leading complex, long sales cycles.
ㆍExcellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills,
with a track record of driving team performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support to setup & service the POC system in
customers’ sites.
(BGE, Connected Hospital Glucose, etc.)
ㆍInstall POC in a newly installed system in
customers’ sites.
ㆍProcess calibrations and Quality control for setup.
ㆍCheck the customers’ current workflow, consult and
recommend better way for users who are
unfamiliar with Roche system.
ㆍUser training the customers for their proficiency;
operation, internal quality control, maintenance,
and tip for users.
Perform evaluation of reagents, analyzers and tasks
ㆍProcess evaluation compared with competitors to
verify specifications refer to CLSI guidelines after
setting up the new analyzers or system.
ㆍProcess evaluation comparing with previous Roche
analyzers or reagents to verify specification refer to
CLSI guideline.
