Job SummaryWe are now accelerating our business expansion into Southeast Asia
Pacific (SEAPAC) markets. We are seeking a skilled and motivated
SCM professional who will play a dual role in supporting both Korea
SCM operations and SEAPAC market development initiatives.
The position supports and manages both domestic SCM operations
and SEAPAC regional operation as a member of Fissler SCM team.
Key
Responsibilities		 SCM Operations (Korea)
ㆍSupport daily supply chain operations including order processing,
   stock monitoring, and coordination with the logistics team and
   3PL partners
ㆍEnsure timely and accurate inbound/outbound shipments
ㆍAssist in inventory planning and demand forecasting
ㆍCoordinate with the HQ in Germany regarding production schedules
   and shipping timelines
ㆍCoordinate procurement and supplier management for OEM
   products to ensure smooth and timely supply to the customers.

SEAPAC Regional Operation Support
ㆍManage and consolidate order forecasts from SEAPAC markets.
ㆍMonitor and report weekly ETD/ETA updates for SEAPAC shipments
ㆍAssist in coordinating logistics and trade operations for international
   customers
ㆍLiaise with internal teams (Product Management, SCM, Fissler GmbH)
   for cross-functional alignment
QualificationsㆍBachelor’s degree required (Preferred Majors : Business
   Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering,
   or English Literature)
ㆍ4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain
   Management, Logistics, or Sales Operations
ㆍWorking knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance,
   and import/export documentation
ㆍIntermediate to advanced Excel skills
ㆍProficient in written and verbal business English
ㆍStrong attention to detail, communication skills,
   and problem-solving ability
ㆍSelf-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multi-country
   operations in a fast-paced environment
ㆍExperience in SAP
