Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced e-commerce digital marketing
planner to join our e-commerce team in the Sales Department.
The digital marketing planner is a newly created role at Fissler
Korea. The purpose of this position is to enhance our e-commerce
marketing capabilities in order to achieve e-commerce sales
objectives. The marketing planner will manage all digital marketing
activities, including media planning, content development,
and data & information analysis. Additionally, the marketing
planner will assist the e-commerce sales manager in building
an e-commerce channel strategy for sustainable growth.
The digital marketing planner will collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including the global e-commerce team located at
our German HQ, assist in the execution of marketing strategies,
and contribute to the overall success of the e-commerce channel.
Key
Responsibilities		ㆍDigital Marketing Strategy
   - Build an e-commerce digital marketing strategy to increase
     visibility and grow the e-commerce business.
   - Analyze data to transform information into insights and build
     a report warehouse to share these insights with
     the e-commerce team.
   - Stay aligned with the global e-commerce team to ensure
     our plan is endorsed by HQ.
ㆍMedia Planning & Execution
   - Find the optimal media mix to achieve campaign goals
     by account.
   - Execute advertising as planned and evaluate performance.
   - Manage the e-commerce digital marketing budget.
ㆍMarketing Content Development
   - Maintain and evolve product detail webpages to continuously
     improve consumer appeal and reinforce the premium brand
     image.
   - Develop advertisement creatives by managing a third-party
     agency.
QualificationsㆍA bachelor's degree or above
ㆍProven experience in an e-commerce digital marketing role
   (at least 3 years)
ㆍFamiliarity with digital marketing tools
ㆍE-commerce sales experience preferred
ㆍStrong planning and analytical skills with attention to detail
ㆍFluency in business English preferred
