[바이오/송도/구매 담당자] Purchasing Specialist

•The Purchasing Specialist will be in charge of Import Customs Clearance and Co-work with Team Lead for Material Purchasing such as Capex (Equipment), MRO, PC hardware, & etc.

Also, will be responsible for the sourcing activities for the assigned area and Vendor registration.

담당업무

·  Manage Order processing and Wescale (Sartorius Sourcing Platform) operation

·  Manage Contract documentation

·  Manage delivery control

·  Manage importation, customs clearance and duty exemption.

·  Analyze spendings and cost savings of sourcing team

·  Manage vendor registration and operate MDG

·  Co-work with Team Lead to build up SKO Sourcing organization

·  Manage and control Supplier relationship for the assigned area

·  Develop and valuate new suppliers for the assigned area

·  Manage tender process and co-work with the Team Lead for it.

·  Co-work with the Team Lead for any strategic purchasing activities

자격요건

Requirement and skills:

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field

·  Basic knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing.

·  Excellent Experience in Customs Clearance and other import regulations

·  Excellent organizational and time management skills 

Experiences:

·  More than 3 years of working experience

·  Proven experience in import customs clearance

·  Experience in ERP system 

Language:

·  Fluent in both English & Korean

• 경력 3년 이상 ~ 6년 이하

• 대학교졸업(4년)이상

• 영어능통자
