Ecommerce manager

• Daily eCommerce Operations and Performance managements

   -Leads daily eCommerce operation 

   -Drives sales grown and profitability of eCommerce through effective execution of strategic and tactical digital and omnichannel initiatives

   -Acts as the main operational counterpart for DTC retail 

   -Conduct daily follow up on eCommerce performance, tracking key metrics and analysing data

   -Monitors and ensures smooth operations and customer service in eCommerce activities

• Strategic Development and Support

   -Supports strategic topics and development

   - Keeps up with the latest developments within eCommerce, staying informed about industry trends and advancements

•Skills, knowledge and experience

Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, or a related field

•Experience & knowledge: 

 5-7 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and eCommerce Performance 

A knack for handling challenges, finding solutions, and keeping everything on track, especially in a global and dynamic environment

Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

An experience on eCommerce platform, Shopify, preferred
