1. Engieer I, Field Services (신입)

[Role Summary]

Entegris is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Material Solutions Division. This role offers high visibility and impact, leading efforts to solve complex customer challenges and deliver exceptional service. The engineer will support commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment handling liquid, solid, and gas materials. Responsibilities include canister changes, data collection, and ensuring timely return of empty containers. Comprehensive training will be provided to support skill development and career growth.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Manage shipment, installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Solid Source Delivery Cabinets (SSDC) and Liquid Delivery Systems (LDS) across multiple customer sites.
• Perform hardware replacements and software upgrades based on customer requests and improvement plans.
• Conduct ampoule, canister, and cylinder replacements per SOP, including leak checks and pressure monitoring.
• Review and comply with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) when handling chemicals.
• Lead customer evaluations with precision, ensuring outcomes align with customer expectations and are professionally presented.
• Minimize customer complaints through effective communication and rapid issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, supply chain, business units, and R&D to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal colleagues.

[Candidate Profile]

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Material, or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in semiconductor field support/service (5–10 years preferred).
• Familiarity with vacuum valves, pressure gauges, MFCs, regulators, fittings, switches.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, PLC modules, relays.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• English fluency (written and verbal) is a plus.
