Main responsibilities: - - Profile and segment clinics within the designated territory to ensure the 120 targeted clinics possess high potential for growth
- - Achieve sales call objectives by delivering key message and demonstrating clinical data to doctors to enhance sales effectiveness
- - Execute marketing initiatives in alignment with Essilor's strategic guidelines
- - Manage IMEs and monitor projects in collaboration with local associations IMEs
- - Engage in major local conferences to introduce Stellest to Ophthalmologists highlighting it's recent clinical updates
- - Arrange professional education programs and activities to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals
- - Collaborate with Essilor's sales team to facilitate seamless referrals from doctors to nearby optical stores
- - Complie and deliver detailed field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in market and feedback on customer preferences
and product specifications - 주요 학회 및 컨퍼런스에 참석하여 제품을 안과 전문의에게 소개
- - 안과 시장 및 고객 분석을 기반으로 한 영업 전략 수립 및 실행
- 신규 고객사 발굴 및 기존 고객사 관계 강화 전략 기획 및 운영
- 영업 목표 달성을 위한 팀 운영 및 성과 관리, KPI 수립 및 모니터링
- 팀원 코칭 및 역량 개발을 통한 조직 생산성 극대화
- 시장 트렌드 및 경쟁사 분석을 통한 차별화된 영업 기획 발굴
- 내부 유관 부서(마케팅 등)와 협업하여 최적의 영업 환경 조성
Main requirements: 1. +5 years of Medical Sales experience 2. +5 years of experience working in relevant fields 3. Strategic and execution-driven mindset 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills 5. Fluency in both English and Korean (영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 안과, 의료기기, 제약 등 관련 분야에서 영업 경험 보유자 2. 전문의 대상 영업 및 제품 교육 경험 보유자 3. 팀 리딩 및 고객 관리 역량 4. 데이터 분석을 통한 시장 기회 발굴 및 전략적 실행 역량 5. 주요 학회 및 컨퍼런스에서의 네트워킹 및 발표 경험 보유자
