[제조/엔지니어] Signal Integrity Engineer

A global electronic interconnect manufacturer is looking for a Signal Integrity Engineer. The chosen candidate will be designing and optimising high-speed interconnect systems through advanced modelling, simulation, and empirical evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Utilise advanced modelling and simulation techniques to design connectors, cable assemblies, and evaluation PCBs under tight timelines

Conduct high-speed empirical and analytical signal integrity evaluations of interconnects

Collaborate with lab teams remotely to validate designs and correlate measurements with simulations using VNA, TDR, and Oscilloscope

Provide electrical design guidance to mechanical design teams and develop electrical product models with supporting documentation for design milestones

Analyse variations in electrical performance to identify dependencies and optimise parametric models

Apply statistical methods such as DOE or Bayesian analysis to inform and improve design practices

Support the development of best-in-class interconnect solutions, ensuring accuracy and performance alignment between simulation and measurement

Contribute to continuous improvement of design and validation processes through data-driven analysis

Perform additional related tasks based on strengths and project needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics is preferred

More than 10 years of experience designing and developing high-speed digital, RF, or microwave connectors

Experience using commercial 3D field solvers, with a strong preference for Ansys HFSS, to study electromagnetic effects

Familiarity with high-volume connector manufacturing methods & processes

Proven track record of successful design capabilities

Strong communication skills

Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEFL 90+ on iBT or 576+ on PBT is preferred)
