-펌웨어·하드웨어·소프트웨어 전반의 E2E(End-to-End) 테스트 케이스 설계 및 실행

이슈 분석 및 튜닝

-현장 성능 저하, 통신 불안정, 화질 결함 등 문제 진단 및 해결

-DSP 알고리즘 파라미터 조정, FPGA 로직 최적화, 드라이버/SDK 설정 튜닝

기술 문서 및 교육 자료 작성

-하드웨어-소프트웨어 통합 가이드, 개발자 핸드북, FAQ 작성

-고객사 엔지니어 대상 워크숍 및 교육 세션 기획·진행

내부 피드백 루프

-고객 요구사항 및 버그 리포트 수집

-제품 및 R&D팀과 협업하여 로드맵 개선 반영

Customer Technical Support & Demonstrations

-Explain image and video processing pipelines, camera sensor operation principles, etc.

-Support setup and optimization of on-site and remote demo environments.

Integration Testing & Validation

-Verify interfaces between customer systems and our sensor/DSP modules.

-Design and execute E2E test cases across firmware, hardware, and software.

Issue Analysis & Tuning

-Diagnose and resolve on-site issues (performance degradation, communication instability, image quality defects, etc.).

-Adjust DSP algorithm parameters, optimize FPGA logic, and tune driver/SDK settings.

Technical Documentation & Training Materials

-Author hardware-software integration guides, developer handbooks, and FAQs.

-Plan and deliver workshops and training sessions for customer engineers.

Internal Feedback Loop

-Collect customer requirements and bug reports; collaborate with Product and R&D teams to incorporate improvements into the roadmap.

전자공학, 컴퓨터공학 전공 또는 동등한 실무 경험

설계 및 디버깅 경험

C/C++ 기반 펌웨어·드라이버 개발 경험

임베디드 시스템 개발 및 테스트 경험

뛰어난 분석·문제 해결 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

영어 활용 능력

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

-Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or higher

-Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

-Experience in design/debugging

-Familiarity with firmware and drivers in C/C++

-Embedded system development and testing experience

-Strong analytical problem-solving ability and communication skills

-Proficiency in English

광학 및 영상 처리 지식(렌즈 특성, 색 보정, 노이즈 감소 등)

중국어(회화·작문) 가능자

Python을 활용한 데이터 분석·프로토타이핑 경험

고객 기술 교육·컨설팅 경험

영어 기술 문서 작성 능력 및 해외 출장 가능자

Preferred

-Understanding of camera image sensor operation and ISP chain

-Knowledge of optics and image processing (lens characteristics, color correction, noise reduction)

-Spoken or written Chinese is a plus

-Experience with data analysis and prototyping using Python

-Experience in customer technical training and consulting

-Ability to author English technical documentation and travel internationally for support
