Job Description

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will take ownership of logistics operations across Korea and Japan. You will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including transportation, trade compliance, import/export customs clearance, inventory control, material planning, and cost management. You will ensure materials are available as scheduled, maintain inventory at optimal levels, and coordinate global supply chain efforts. You will also work with other teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Reporting Line :

You will report to AP Transportation Manager.

What You Will Do : 

*Manage international and domestic transportation operations, including air, sea, and ground freight.

*Oversee import/export customs clearance and ensure compliance with trade regulations in Korea and Japan.

*Lead and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution.

*Develop and track logistics key performance indicators to ensure performance targets are met.

*Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external 3PL providers to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.

*Manage logistics costs, identifying opportunities for savings and process optimization.

*Ensure compliance with trade compliance policies and manage related issues.

*Develop your regional logistics team and manage outsourced warehouse resources.

*Support cross-functional projects and regional supply chain programs.

What You Bring :

*A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

*At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including people leadership in a multinational environment.

*Knowledge of international transportation, customs regulations, and trade compliance in Korea.

*Experience with warehouse and inventory management.

*Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional, cross-country teams.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

*Fluency in English; proficiency in Korea and/or Japanese is a plus.

*Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office tools.
