모집부문 JOB DESCRIPTION Requirements
Sales
engineer		 - Data Base updating
- Technical & commercial coordination
   between local customers and HQ
   engineering Entity
- Technical trouble shooting coordination
   between local customer and HQ Sales
   Entity
- Project coordination between local
   customer and HQ PM/QC/Sales
   Entities
- Inter-company communications in
   English 		Profile requirements
- Ambitious, self-motivating and energetic person
- Good experience in Technical coordination using
   English
- Able to be involved in defined projects and follow
   up project timetables
- Outward going with diligent attitude to work &
   company
- Presentable for customers to get an image that FT
   requires in the Korea market
- Career : min 3 years in the same or similar business
   area as Mechanical Engineer preferred (longer career
   experience would be a big merit)
- Major in ‘Mechanical Engineering’ or ‘Electrical
   Engineering’ preferred
- Confident English competence in both speaking and
   writing sufficient to be understood
- Good communication capability especially with sister
   Foregin company employees
- High initiative capability to take own decisions and
   solve problems
- Able to travel for business meetings both in Korea and
   abroad(Europe), exhibitions etc as and when required
Brakes
system
engineer		 - Data Base updating
- Technical coordination between local
   customers and HQ engineering Entity
- Technical trouble shooting coordination
   between local customer and HQ
   engineering Entity
- To define engineering requirements of
   customer’s Source Request and to
   share it with HQ and to provide HQ’s
   feedback to customers after
   discussion with HQ
- To support local customer for the
   application of the products of Brake
   System, Air Generation & Dryer,
   Actuator and Pneumatic Valves
- To participate in customer quality
   issues and communicate with company
   plant quality to manage customer
   complaints
- Inter-company communications in
   English		 Profile requirements

Additional Competencies
- Specify brake system functions at the train level and
   leads engineering studies to achieve the required
   performance
- Prepare technical proposals and system
   documentation, including requirements specifications
   and schematics
- Define and perform commissioning tests for Brake
   systems
- Conduct functional and software verification testing
- Perform system-level Failure Modes Effects and
   Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Manage brake calculations in cooperation with HQ
   engineering team
- Support final assembly and verify designs through
   static and dynamic tests
