TECHNICAL SALES Engineer (대리, 또는 과장)

Reporting to the Head of SOE Department, you will be responsible for:

Job Scope

• Business development & conduct of Lighting/Electric/Electronic items to commercial vehicle manufacturer/ industry

• Project Management for the assigned customers for defined SOE target groups.

• Identify market demands and trends, and define existing or suggest new products to close strategic

gaps in the product portfolio

• Continuous controlling of project success and initiating of measures to close gaps to the budget

• Product pricing & margin control and Plan acquisition & sales volumes

• Manage support of enquiries with recommendations and follow through with appropriate actions

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to SOE customers

• Organize and provide product presentation and training to SOE customers

• Maintain close communications with key target group managers and product managers

• Ensure product quality by coordinating with quality assurance teams and addressing customer’s quality concerns

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

• Approx. 3-8 years of business development experience, of which more than 2 years of the

Commercial vehicle industry as either OEM or supplier for Truck/Bus/Construction Equipment etc

• Experience in managing OEM projects(Commercial vehicle / Construction Equipment) with good

knowledge and understanding of the Korean OEM market

• Understanding of automotive lighting and electric & electronics technology will be a plus

• Ability to think strategically and analyze processes for effectiveness and compliance

• Understanding of automotive electronics and electrical systems, as well as a fundamental

understanding of vehicle technology in general

• Conversant in English

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Analytical and result-oriented

• SOE (Special OE) 부서 소속으로 함께할 예정이에요.

• 경력 5년 이상 ~ 10년 이하

• 대학교졸업(4년)이상

• 상용차 건설 기계등 자동차 부품 업계 경력자

• 부품 품질관리 (전자공학전공자 등) 경력자
