Information Technology Support Technician to join our team.
Job Summary
The Information Technology Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and
assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining a high level of
customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets,
and supporting various technology initiatives.

   end-users for hardware, software,
   and network-related issues.
ㆍInstall, configure, and maintain computer
   systems, printers, and other peripherals.
ㆍPerform regular maintenance and
   updates on IT systems and equipment.
ㆍTroubleshoot and resolve technical
   issues in a timely manner.
ㆍAssist with the setup and deployment
   of new hardware and software.
ㆍMaintain accurate records of IT assets
   and inventory.
ㆍCollaborate with other overseas IT
   team members to improve system
   performance and reliability.
ㆍEnsure data security and backup
   procedures are followed.
ㆍProvide training and support to staff
   on IT-related topics.
ㆍDocument and track issues, resolutions,
   and follow-up actions in the help desk
   system.
 ㆍ10 Years of experience +
ㆍAssociate's degree in Information
   Technology, Computer Science,
   or a related field
   (Bachelor's degree preferred).
ㆍProven experience as an IT
   Support Technician or similar role.
ㆍStrong knowledge of computer
   hardware, software, and networking.
ㆍFamiliarity with Windows
   operating systems.
ㆍExcellent problem-solving and
   troubleshooting skills.
ㆍStrong communication and
   interpersonal skills.
ㆍAbility to work independently and
   as part of a team.
ㆍCertifications such as CompTIA A+,
   Network+, or similar are a plus.
ㆍFluent English language knowledge
