Hiring	We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2G (Education & Government) + Commercial PC Business Expert to join our team in Seoul. This role will focus on strategic business planning, proposal development, and project execution within the education and public sectors, with a strong emphasis on PC hardware and integrated IT solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities	ㆍStrategic Business Planning & Proposal Development - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the public and education sectors. - Analyze RFPs from government and public institutions; create tailored proposals for PC and IT solutions. - Lead bidding processes including pricing, proposal writing, and coordination with vendors. ㆍClient & Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with ministries, educational institutions, and other public sector entities. - Act as the key point of contact throughout pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales phases. - Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and resellers across the commercial PC ecosystem. ㆍProject Management & Execution - Oversee end-to-end project implementation (delivery, installation, and support). - Align internal teams (sales, tech, marketing) and external partners to ensure success. - Track delivery KPIs, response times, and customer satisfaction. ㆍProduct & Market Expertise - Stay current with government PC standards, certifications, and policy changes. - Propose optimized PC configurations for public sector and educational needs. - Provide insights to product teams to refine offerings for B2G markets. ㆍPolicy & Market Intelligence - Monitor trends in edtech, public IT investment, and digital policy shifts. - Convert market intelligence into strategic actions. ㆍPerformance Management & Post-Sales Support - Track and improve KPIs such as bid win rate, revenue growth, and renewal success. - Conduct client training and satisfaction surveys; maintain long-term customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications	ㆍ5+ years in the commercial PC industry (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, system integrators) ㆍProven experience in B2G proposal development and public procurement ㆍStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skills ㆍDeep understanding of Korea’s public sector and IT purchasing standards ㆍAbility to manage high-value stakeholders and long-term projects
