ZF Head of Marine (OE/IAM) Sales / Marine 영업총괄 모집

OE Sales – Marine Gearboxes, Thrusters, SeaRex, and Control Systems

IAM Sales – Parts, Warranty, General Repairs

      Conduct market intelligence activities to support strategic and tactical decisions

      Manage customer relationships through regular engagement

      Build and maintain long-term cooperation with design houses and OE clients

      Provide technical support to OE customers, including handling of approval and working drawings

      Participate in domestic exhibitions to promote business development

      Submit quotes and manage order handling processes

      Oversee project progress and ensure timely execution

      Manage accounts receivable and payment collections

      Process and manage OE warranty claims

      Provide field support and troubleshooting for end-users

      Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure availability for service needs

Global Communication & Reporting

       Coordinate regularly with ZF Marine BU and Asia Pacific teams including factories In Europe and Asia

       Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct regular business reviews

       Align local strategy with global business objectives

2. Key Customers

       Domestic shipbuilders and ship design firms

       Marine engine/system integrators

       Shipowners and end-users of ZF marine propulsion systems

       Government marine project tenderers

3. Qualifications

       At least 15 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in marine or related industries

       Strong technical knowledge of shipbuilding, propulsion systems, and marine engineering

       Proven experience in OE sales, project management, and technical negotiations

       Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written)

       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine or related Engineering fields

       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across global teams

4. Preferred Qualifications

       Experience working in a global OEM environment

       Familiarity with ZF marine product lines and systems

       Previous involvement in marine exhibitions and technical associations

       Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

      Strategic mindset and ability to drive long-term customer partnerships
