- Main aim of job (in brief no duties and responsibilities)

•Project manager is assigned project responsibility and decision-making authority for the defined projects within the Brose process system, customer project management and the product development process. 

•Project Manager is responsible, for the development of a complete product (mechanics, electrics and electronics, power supplies and the coordination/ influence of the general environment) – from submitting the project request (at the end of the preparation phase) to series production with the first field experience (for at least 12 weeks to 25 weeks after the customer SOP). Project Manager is technically and economically responsible for the entrepreneurially best overall solution.

•The project manager role is assumed either by a full-time project manager or a core team member as an additional role (e.g. sales with project management function) and must be named.

- Specific duties and responsibilities

• Performing the contract review in cooperation with all relevant functions

• Plan, invite and conduct project kick-off and product workshops

• Coordinate, create, permanently maintain and communicate the main schedule according to the customer schedule

• Preparation and preparation of Project Gate Reports according to PEP (main schedule) together with the project team

• Ensuring that the respective core team member takes responsibility for the technical aspects (if necessary by escalation), especially in the Project Gate

- Specialized knowledge and skills

• Min 5 years project management experience in Automotive Seat Industry 

• General project management skills, including planning, tracking, scope / change management.

• Knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods

• Soft skills; people skills / emotional intelligence, written and verbal communication,

• Cross-cultural competences and open minded

• Team management and leadership, problem solving, decision making and assertiveness.

• Projecting reporting and investment planning

• 경력 5년 이상 ~ 15년 이하

• 대학교졸업(4년)이상

• 보유역량: 영어능통자

• 보유역량: 컴퓨터활용능력 우수, 운전가능자, 해당직무 근무경험, 문서작성 우수자, PPT능력 우수자

• 외국어1: TOEIC 700급(점) 이상, OPIC IM3급(점) 이상, TOEIC Speaking Test 6급(점) 이상

• 자격증: 1종보통운전면허, 2종보통운전면허(오토)
