Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced technical leader to join a global Life Sciences team supporting pharmaceutical and 

personal care manufacturing environments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, contamination 

control, and operational excellence for clients across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering advanced 

technical solutions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on cleaning, disinfection, and bio‑decontamination strategies for controlled environments.

• Conduct on‑site assessments and process reviews; identify gaps and recommend improvements to meet regulatory 

   standards.

• Support validation activities, including methodology design, organism/surface selection, and documentation for SOPs 

   and training.

• Deliver technical seminars and workshops on topics such as microbiology, validation, and hydrogen peroxide vapor 

   systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs; assist in technical aspects of sales presentations.

• Lead complex projects requiring advanced technical insight beyond standard account management.

• Prepare accurate, detailed reports and share best practices across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Microbiology preferred).

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior microbiology or quality roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Strong background in GMP environments and cleanroom operations, including CAPA management.

• Ability to travel extensively within APAC (50%+) and occasionally worldwide; valid driver’s license and visa eligibility.

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.

• Experience with auditing, change control, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, MHRA).

• Knowledge of disinfectant efficacy standards (EN/AOAC) and hydrogen peroxide vapor validation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

• Additional language skills (Japanese desirable).
