[Principal Accountabilities]

Plan, execute, evaluate, and feedback the PE work process for mass products (SoC or wafer)

Conduct yield analysis and ensure robust yield and quality for new products

Monitor ATE test issues or failures and provide the guidelines to fix them

Monitor, analysis, and solve the yield issue and/or improve the yield for mass products

Monitor & analysis process data including ET data and define the target process condition to meet the requirements (performance, power, yield, …) of mass products

Define foundry process capability and reliability requirements

Define test plans and limits for production lots, corners lots, and pre-/post-qualification lots

Analyze qualification data, conduct failure analysis, drive issue resolutions, address potential test gaps and correlations issues throughout the supply and manufacturing chains

[Key Performance Measures]

Monitor, analysis, and solve the yield issue and hands on failure analysis

Follow-up and solve the issues occurring during mass production phase

[Qualifications]

Experience as a PE engineer for semiconductor products for minimum 9 years

Knowledge and technical background in production control processes, data interpretation, analysis & correlation analysis, Cp/Cpk, data analysis techniques and tools, new product transition, hands on experience with failure analysis, semiconductor manufacturing process & back-end process (package assembly, ATE test, qualification, and characterization)

Design knowledge (DFT, SRAM, I/O and Analog IP) and using tools(Calibre,ICC) for analysis

Cooperative attitude and manner to collaborate with related teams and engineers

Good communication skills (global communication skills preferred)

Creative problem-solving capability

A strategic and analytical mind
