[리테일/이커머스] e-Commerce Manager

An international clothing brand is searching for an e-Commerce Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading the digital sales strategy and online channel performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the digital sales strategy for Korea & SEA channels aligned with brand goals and vision

Enhance the online shopping experience with a focus on customer retention, site functionality, garment rotation, and visibility

Drive optimisation of customer offerings through analysis of customer behaviour, web data, digital media, and sales performance

Collaborate with local e-commerce, marketing, and merchandising teams to build a locally relevant strategy that supports the end-to-end customer journey

Drive operational improvements by adopting new technologies and best practices to stay competitive in the market

Manage the online channel budget and P&L to ensure financial targets are achieved

Lead and develop e-commerce and marketing team members, including recruitment, performance management, and career growth

Foster a people-first culture while guiding the team’s development and overall performance

Requirements:

Proven leadership in e-commerce

More than 7 years of experience (fashion or retail is preferred)

Extensive knowledge of the Korean market

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) and local APAC platforms

Strong data analysis skills

Excellent communication and project management abilities; experience working across teams

Passion for digital sales, fashion, and constant improvement

Fluent level English and Korean
