◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Business Strategy

• - Analyze and supervise the sales budget
• - Boost sales to maximize profitability across assigned area(s)
• - Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs and propose actions for improvement
• - Ensure all stores meet performance targets
• - Implement and oversee market sales strategies
• - Launch and support sales initiatives within the area
• - Analyze product and merchandising strategies
• - Stay updated on current fashion trends and competitor activity

2. Store Operations & Merchandising

• - Oversee and ensure smooth execution of all store processes, including online and multi-channel sales
• - Guarantee operational targets are met, including stock control management
• - Ensure compliance with procurement processes and achievement of business targets
• - Lead all aspects of new store openings within the assigned area
• - Maintain and enhance store image and window displays
• - Supervise and optimize visual merchandising strategy across stores
• - Regularly review and act on sales reports

3. Team & Talent Management

• - Maintain strong communication with the central sales team
• - Train and improve performance of both direct reports and in-store teams
• - Lead by example and represent the ZARA HOME brand culture
• - Promote a collaborative and positive working environment
• - Collaborate with HR to identify and assess internal talent
• - Supervise training, development, and career planning of store managers
• - Ensure optimal use of all human and material resources
• - Support HR teams in the application of HR policies
• - Ensure store teams comply with health and safety protocols

◆ REQUIREMENTS

• - Minimum 5 years of store operation and management experience (excluding entry-level/associate positions)
• - Strong results orientation with high performance standards
• - Effective and open communicator
• - Creative, innovative, and willing to step out of comfort zones
• - Demonstrates strong initiative in developing and implementing new ideas
• - Highly autonomous and proactive with minimal supervision
• - Passionate about retail, fashion trends, and customer experience
• - Ability to manage multiple store locations and drive performance
• - Experience in training, team development, and people leadership
• - Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
