- Update line schedule taking several key parameters in consideration :
working capital optimization, sales forecast, raw material availability and production
capacity maximization. Get approval from his manager and relevant departments
before implementation.
- Determine raw material in terms of mix, volume and delivery time to meet
production planning, in accordance with Supply team
- Update production planning based on weekly & monthly in OP tool
(RM demand, Inventory, production)
- Checking inventory(RM, IP, FG)in SAP and update in daily production planning
- Align and communicate the RM delivery schedule with Supply team and
Support Service team.
ㆍControl part :
- Control raw material levels, safety stocks and new deliveries
- Act as an interface between Production, WIL, SCM and Sales to define
best shipment schedule
- Provide different reports such as inventory levels (FG, IP, RM) and production
volume and RM consumption plan x real.
- Control each external &internal WHs storage volume. |

The Engineer
ㆍExecutes or coordinates small analytical projects and tasks; within a cross-functional

pCAM/CAM methods and alignment :
ㆍDefining the analytical methodology for new pCAM/CAM products

(including selecting the appropriate analytical technology/equipment).
ㆍGlobally standardizing the analytical methodology to the relevant analytical laboratories4.
