재고/입출고 관리 (Inventory Management Specialist)

OBJECTIVES (GOALS) 

- As a member of global SCM, we actively participate in and proactively respond to headquarters policies and APAC policies.

- Inventory management for inventory reduction and inventory turnover of 3 or more.

- Providing and encouraging data to maintain company-wide attention to the risks of long-term inventory and bad inventory.

- Support the achievement of company objectives through cross-functional collaboration as an inventory specialist.

DUTIES 

• Manage inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.

• Perform regularly analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

• Inspect the levels of inventory to identify shortages.

• Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels, procedure efficiency and personnel issues to Head of Operations.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt and dispatch.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORTING 

This position reports directly to Head of Operations

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

• Fluency in English. 

• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software and forecasting techniques

• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail

• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skill and leadership abilities
