Finance Executive  (15 months)

About SciGen

SciGen is a high growth biopharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets recombinant human health care biotechnology derived products. SciGen’s focus are in the areas of endocrinology, gastroenterology, immunology and hemato-oncology. The company’s portfolio consists of biosimilar products such as human growth hormone, human insulin , human G-CSF and rituximab. All of SciGen’s products have undergone substantial clinical development.

SciGen’s strategy is to focus on biosimilars (follow-on biologics) in order to minimize the risk of early stage product development. SciGen also collaborates with strategic partners and institutions in order to continuously fill & improve its pipeline.

SciGen also in-licenses and distributes pharmaceutical products and medical devices.



Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Accounting payable for Scigen & Pharmatex

    (1) Prepare and perform Accounting payable closing including agency fee

    (2) T&E Control based on HQ and local policy

    (3) Communicate to co workers regarding to T&E and invoices

    (4) Corporate credit card cost management

    (5) Payment list preparation for both entities

    (6) List up accrual list from tax invoice list

     

    2. Accounting receivable 

    (1) Recon sales for PK

    (2) Input AR collection in SAP & Recon Bank for both entities

     

    3. ICO Transaction for Scigen & Phamatex

    (1) Journal entry for ICO invoice including AP and AR

    (2) ICO Balance reconciliation with HQ

     

    4. Monthly closing for pharmatex

    (1) Prepare and state Journal entry related to General ledger Pharmatex

    (2) Prepare and complete payroll accounting

    (3) Fixed Assets Closing

    (4) Inventory closing including related journal entry and reconciliation with Subledger

     

    5. Audit & Taxation for pharmatex

    (1) Tax invoice issue for PK

    (2) Residence tax filing for Phamatex other than employee income tax & VAT for PK

    (3) Support External and internal Audit for pharmatex

     

    6. Others

    (1) Groupware system maintenance & education

    (2) Report – RA & SCM Actual spending report

    (3) Finance admin – Issuance corporate Document

    (4) Any report & Project required by manager


Job Requirements

  • Experience:

    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


    • Personal Competences:

      Have ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.

      Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and be pro-active.

      High accuracy level is strongly required.

      SAP B1 system knowledge is a plus

      Strong skill in Excel .
