모집부문 ㆍProject Manager & Technical sales
주요업무 ㆍManaging creation projects with a certain complexity,
   including project scope, time, budget, and quality according to relevant standards
ㆍDetails project objectives in alignment with project owner,
   elaborate a project plan in alignment with the strategic goals and
   perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved to meet
   the project targets and requirements
ㆍOwns the Business Case and takes budget accountability for all project
   expenses ensuring cross-functional alignment to reach financial
   contribution targets and manages the risks to secure the project targets
ㆍRigorously identifies, tracks and manages any scope changes to assess
   the impact on the QCT baseline to be able to capitalize on those changes
ㆍLeads cross functional project teams, inspires to apply the ZF Way
   and collaborate, delegates works and holds them accountable for deliverables
ㆍActively manage internal and external stakeholders and balance their interests
ㆍDrive escalations through functions and prepare for decisions incl.
   evaluation & recommendation
ㆍEnsure team resources, set annual targets to functional project team
   members and provide performance feedback and development needs
ㆍOrganize and prepare for meetings, gate reviews, decisions
ㆍKnows and applies Project Management standards and good practices
   as the role model
ㆍProduct strategy definition
   (product portfoilo & roadmap management; product lifetime management :
    phase in/phase out agenda, pricing)
ㆍManage customer requirement on product, evaluate product optimize or upgrade
ㆍSupport sales activities in terms of providing customers specific solutions
   and Provide service solutions for customers.
자격요건 ㆍGood witten and spoken English
ㆍProject Management Expertise
   (Project planning, Controlling & Monitoring, Risk Management,
    Change Request Management, Quality Management)
ㆍEntrepreneurial Competencies
   (Customer orientation, power of decision, dealing with complexity)
ㆍLeadership (Teamwork, Readiness for Change and Innovation, Results orientation)
ㆍSocial & Interpersonal Competencies
   (Communication, Building relationships, Conflict Management)
ㆍKnowledge of Project Management standards and methods
ㆍ관련 업무 경력 최소 5년 이상
ㆍ해외출장에 결격사유 없는 자
우대사항 ㆍOversea experience and automotive industry experience preferred
ㆍActive working attitude to solve the problems final goal orientation
ㆍLogic thoughts, good communication skills and team player, fast learning
ㆍ전기, 전자, 기계 등 공학 학사학위 이상자
