Benefit Specialist (1년 계약직)

모집부문 및 상세내용

담당 업무
ㆍServes as a benefit specialist on global and regional benefits programs for Korea
ㆍPartners with the HRBPs, HR Shared Service and other COEs to ensure benefits programs and processes
ㆍPromotes various benefits programs to employees
ㆍMonitors and Identifies operational issues and opportunities to update or improve policies and procedures
ㆍSupport and manage prioritized HR projects and/or initiatives

지원자격
ㆍ학력 : 대졸 이상 (4년)
ㆍ경력 : 경력 3년 ~ 9년
ㆍBachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the C&B function
ㆍCompensation and Benefits knowledge with demonstrated progressive responsibilities, preferably in the high technology and/or manufacturing industry within global companies
ㆍDemonstrated Korean and English language verbal and written communication skills required
ㆍHigh proficient with desktop software, including MS word, Power Point, and Excel
ㆍExcellent customer service skills and strong work ethic; ability to interface effectively with employees across cultures
ㆍC&B operation 경험 및 노무 지식 선호
