of having introduced world’s first portable camera into the photography history.
In Korea, we operate a total of seven Leica Stores in selected locations, along with a Wholesales business with our dealer partners

Retail Manager (Senior) 모집인원 0명
업무소개 ㆍThe Retail Manager(Sr) will execute localized retail strategies to meet specific
    market targets for all Leica stores in Korea in accordance with global guidelines.
    He/She will also be responsible for leading, empowering and developing the local
    retail team to deliver a superior and consistent experience for Leica customers
    across all retail networks based on the brand's core values.
    And togather with creative initiatives he/she will create Leica Camera Korea's
    retail culture that is customer-centric, performance-oriented, positive,
    and ambitious.
담당업무 ㆍSales Development & Clienteling
   - Strategize overall sales directions and action plans to achieve sales target by
      driving retail team, while proactively cooperating with store managers and staffs.
   - Understand sales analysis figures, retail KPIs, and market data to develop
      necessary action plans based on quantitative insight.
   - Plan and execute effective in-store and customer event activities with clear
      guidelines.
   - Instil daily clienteling activities and clienteling=sales mindset to store team
   - Monitor market trends and business environment, including competitors’
      and retailers’ activities
   - Provide market insights for store network development plan.

ㆍPartnership Management
   - Build strategic relationships with landlords to help achieve business goals.
   - Arrange and coordinate marketing collaborations with retailers based on
      concrete connection and clear communication thus to generate expected result.
   - Work closely with retailers to negotiate for better business environment e.g.
      location, visibility and branding etc.

ㆍRetail Operations
   - Drive retail operational excellence ensuring that brand standards are applied
      and maintained with efficiency and accuracy in all stores including customer
      service and back-office activities.
   - Collaborative partnership with Supply Chain Manager and Retail Excellence
       Executive to ensure healthy inventory level to drive sales and activities.

ㆍTeam Management
   - Communicate vision and directions clearly to retail team and ensure policies and
      guidelines are implemented accordingly.
   - Build a high-performing and retail-oriented team by providing the highly
      motivating coaching and guidance.
   - Create a strong ‘ONE TEAM’ culture
자격요건 ㆍBachelor’s Degree Holder
ㆍ10+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion industry
ㆍ3+ years of experience as a retail manager (Not retail operation manager)
ㆍProblem-solving skills to analyze issues and autonomously develop and
    propose alternatives options
ㆍAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet business needs
ㆍAbility to work at fast paced environment and changing trends
ㆍSelf-motivated and independent but also a good team player
ㆍBasic understanding of Korean labor laws and HR rules
ㆍFluent in English (both spoken and written)
