Sales Admin | - Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers while coordinating with all relevant departments to ensure the completion of quotation processes.
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries from customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders. Address product-related questions, order processing, stock availability, and other general inquiries, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Offer comprehensive back-office support to the Sales team, including tasks such as processing guarantee insurance, SFDC management, reviewing order documentation, and preparing materials for bids and contracts.
- Coordinate and organize internal communication initiatives and events, such as biannual workshops, quarterly town halls, and internal training sessions etc.
- Arrange logistics for visiting guests, including accommodation, transportation, and scheduling of agendas.
