The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job Description :
-Consolidate and review Shopee’s Cross-Border Business performance on a daily basis

-Develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to ensure profitability and stability of the products

-Collect data from multiple sources, including operation, marketing, and sourcing databases, to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision-making

-Work with several large and complex SQL databases and design and build reports and analyses in Excel

-Design and build interactive Business Intelligence tools for easier data visualisation



Requirements :
-Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years working experience in business analyst related roles preferred

-Proficient in SQL and Python

-Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data

-Creative and innovative approach to solving problems

-Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management

-Positive, energetic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

-Work well with cross-functional teams and able to work in a dynamic work environment

-Experience in constructing business intelligence tools is a plus
