Senior AI Product Engineer 채용

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly design, build, test, and deploy AI-driven products and features, iterating quickly to meet user needs.
Take full ownership of product iteration, adapting and improving solutions with little supervision based on customer feedback and data.
Stay current with AI advancements and apply them to accelerate development.
Lead and manage a team of engineers, aligning them with company goals while fostering independent execution.
Break down complex tasks into efficient, multi-step LLM pipelines integrated with Python.
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure solutions hit the mark, iterating as needed with speed and precision.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
Understanding of American culture via lived experience (studied abroad, lived in america, worked at an american startup, etc.)
Hands-on experience personally designing and building AI-driven products used in real-world scenarios.
Advanced proficiency in Python.
Up-to-date understanding of the latest AI advancements, specifically various Large Language Models (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, Deepseek, etc.), and practical experience utilizing them in product development.
Ability to architect complex solutions involving multiple chained LLM calls and pipelines.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs.
Background in prop-tech, real estate management, or related industries.
Proven experience managing engineering teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
