Job Summary
  • This role supports one or more key manufacturing sites. It ensures local application of the group accounting framework, provides technical financial leadership and guidance; ensures effective production of all statutory and key financial reports, within IFRS accounting standards.

    Duties and responsibilities 

    ㆍ    Applies financial policies, guidelines, protocols and controls to ensure the company complies with all regulations and good financial practice
  • ㆍDevelops and delivers a plan to ensure the financial management and control of the business unit
    ㆍSupports the local leadership team to translate business objectives into clearly defined business cases, costs and schedules to support business growth
  • ㆍUses data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify possible impacts on the business and routes to financial improvement
    ㆍMonitors key performance indicators, highlights trends and variances and recommends actions to improve; develops and delivers contingency plans to manage and mitigate financial risk
    ㆍPlans and delivers financial systems changes and manages the local finance team to meet regulatory reporting and project timelines, delivering all outputs to cost and quality standards
    ㆍEngages with the local business unit leadership team to identify issues, challenges and opportunity for improvement. Works with that team to design and implement appropriate solutions
    ㆍPrepares and coordinates the completion of various standard and a hoc data and analytics reports for Divisional leadership team and Group finance. Prepares and presents findings for operating and executive board presentations
  • ㆍAs part of the divisional Finance leadership team, contributes to the formation of divisional finance policy and strategy. Provides specialist expertise and insight to ensure that the emerging functional finance strategy meets business needs
    ㆍProvides specialist advice on the interpretation and application of finance policies and procedures, resolves complex or contentious queries and issues, enabling others to take appropriate actions
  • ㆍCommunicates the actions needed to implement the divisional finance strategy and business plan within the team; explains the relationship to the broader Survitec mission, vision and values; motivates people to commit to these actions and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals
    ㆍManages and reports on the performance of the business unit; sets appropriate performance objectives for functional or project reports and holds them accountable for achieving these. Takes appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team and personal objectives
    ㆍSuccessfully identifies and engages with senior stakeholders, finding out their needs, issues and concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of financial and business information and decisions
    ㆍBuilds and validates business cases in connection with business initiatives and transformation plans, ensuring a sound basis for quantifying costs, justifying potential investment and quantifying benefit in support of Survitec’s growth strategy
    ㆍUses Survitec’s formal development framework to identify individual development needs within the local finance team. Plans and implements actions, including continuing professional development specified by professional or regulatory institutions, to build their professional capabilities. Provides informal training or coaching to others throughout the business unit to improve overall financial knowledge and performance, and help others to fulfil their personal potential

ㆍ근무형태:정규직(수습기간)-3개월 / 수습평가를 통하여 수습기간이 최대 6개월까지 연장될 수 있습니다.
