Job Summary

ㆍDefine key success factors to launch a new product (Nemluvio)

ㆍEstablish product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects 

• ㆍImplement Product Management plans and processes associated with a product at all stages of its lifecycle to maximize product appeal to target customers 
  
  

Key duties and responsibilities

ㆍ Develop Launch-Readiness Plans: Create brand strategy, forecasts, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans.

ㆍ Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research programs and gather market insights for the brand, monitoring and anticipating market developments.

ㆍ Market Insights and Opportunities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dermatology market through research and cross-functional intelligence & Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.

ㆍ Marketing/Operation Plan: Develop and implement the Nemluvio marketing/operation plan in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.

ㆍ Campaign Creation and Execution: Create and execute both branded and unbranded campaigns.

ㆍ Promotional Activities and Events: Plan and lead promotional activities and HCP educational events, engaging key KOLs and societies in collaboration with the cross-functional team.

ㆍ Sales Team Support: Support the sales team with immediate query handling and KOL engagements.

ㆍ Sales Team Training: Lead training for the sales team to provide up-to-date market intelligence and knowledge.

ㆍ Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools, taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
