[Sea Logistics Sales Representative]
ㆍTo own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring
　prospects are identified, qualified and nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close
　profitable and sustainable customer deals.
ㆍTo align your sales efforts with CCL Managers, Pricing and Sea Logistics Business
　Development teams, including pricing decisions.
ㆍTo monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.
ㆍTo report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
ㆍTo align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
ㆍTo maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
ㆍTo regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
ㆍTo focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through
　high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.

[Sea Logistics Revenue Care Manager]
ㆍTo identify + structurally resolve performance gaps in collaboration with stakeholders
　across our CCL, OCC + Finance departments.
ㆍTo proactively ensure the timely closure of files, early GP recognition + improve auto
　closing rates.
ㆍTo routinely perform audits on closed files, documenting + escalating any issues as required.
ㆍTo ensure all intercompany billing is performed timely, completely + correctly + that
　disputes/redebits are adequately resolved.
ㆍTo systematically review + reduce the minimum provision for bad debts + write-offs.
ㆍTo analyze country profit + loss sheets, customer profitability, identifying gaps vs. financial
　targets, focusing on the bottom 10 accounts (basis accumulative GP) in collaboration
　with relevant financial controllers.
ㆍTo identify root causes of issues + propose corrective actions establishing + driving
　GP improvement plans.
ㆍTo ensure the accuracy + consistency of all operational finance data over its life cycle

[Contract Logistics Site Supervisor]
ㆍTo manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
ㆍTo achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management,
　productivity, customer service + profit.
ㆍTo ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
ㆍTo drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence
　by collaborating at a site level.
ㆍTo drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous
　improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds it’s productivity targets.
ㆍTo contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
ㆍTo oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct
　skills + training are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation +
　standards.

[Contract Logistics Production System Manager]
ㆍTo upskill colleagues by delivering training on key productivity improvement
　tools + programs under the production system/KN Excellence banner.
ㆍTo plan for + implement all annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites
　under your scope; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.
ㆍTo validate + assess continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings
　targets.
ㆍTo coach site managers + their teams in the skills needed to drive operational excellence
　activities.
ㆍTo lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events
ㆍTo deploy KN Excellence site certification road maps containing all 26 continuous
　improvement elements.
ㆍTo drive + monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity + quality improvements across
　operational activities

[Contract Logistics On-Boarding Manager]
ㆍTo lead the project team ensuring mandatory/needed resources are assigned to the project
　as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members, providing guidance
　on projects, career + development.
ㆍTo ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right
　quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed
　at all times.
ㆍTo manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within
　the assigned projects + between different countries.
ㆍTo ensure all project documentation is fully maintained, accurate + up to date.
ㆍTo provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
