Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server and Storage Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee the governance of our Compute Infrastructure architecture in Korea. The ideal candidate will ensure that our architecture align with company standards and guide the local technology transformation and refresh roadmap. This role involves managing local server and Storage resources, ensuring compliance with Korean government audit requirements for technology, and governing critical project delivery to ensure timelines are met. The role will collaborate closely with the local technology team and align local and global requirement. 
R&R
○ Governance of Server and Storage Architecture: Ensure the local Server and Storage architecture in Korea aligns with global Chubb standards and best practices. Develop and implement governance policies and procedures for Server and Storage architecture.○ Technology Refresh Roadmap: Guide the development and implementation of the local technology refresh roadmap. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements.○ Resource Management: Manage local Server and Storage resources to ensure optimal performance and availability. Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation.○ Audit and Compliance: Ensure the Server and Storage architecture complies with Korean government audit requirements. Prepare and manage audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in place.○ Project Delivery: Govern critical project delivery, ensuring that the team delivers projects within the established timeline. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.○ Collaboration: Work closely with the local technology team to ensure smooth operations and project execution. Act as a liaison between the local and global teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications
○ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
○ At least 5-7 years of experience in Server and Storage architecture and delivery within an enterprise environment.
○ Proven experience in enterprise data centre architecture.
○ Implementation and operation of Chubb’s servers and storage environment.LINA Life Insurance Company of Korea LINA Korea
○ Familiar with technologies such as Windows Server Virtualization, Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies.
○ Experience with Storage technologies such as NAS, SAN, storage fabric, etc  
○ Familiarity with Korean government audit requirements for Server and Storage technology.
○ Excellent project management skills with the ability to govern and deliver critical projects on time.
○ Strong collaboration and communication skills to bridge local and global teams effectively.
