[BMW FSK] RPA Project Lead

• Lead planning and implementation of RPA projects, coordinating with all projects members including external vendors as necessary to ensure a complete and successful project delivery

• Coordinate communication with all areas of organization that impact project delivery in a promised scope, budget, and timeline

• Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis. Identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately

• Engage stakeholders in securing detailed process documentation, ensuring accurate and complete capture and translation of business needs into effective RPA design and development requirements, including controls

• Enable effective business reviews and ongoing diagnosis of automation performance through real-time analytics

• Deliver operational support and enhancements to multiple automation

• Report project progress to manager and relevant stakeholders in a regular basis

 

Ø  Requirement

 

Education

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline with 10+ years cross-functional experiences

• 4+ years development experience with RPA technologies in one or more of the following platforms: UIPath (preferred), Power Automate

• Ability to supervise and lead project members to a successful project completion

• Written and verbal English language – intermediate

• Experience in the vehicle & finance industry

• Great team player and able to build close working relationships with business partners for seamless functioning

• Ability to lead project and attention to details

• Leadership and good inter-personal skills

• Project management experience

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

• Proficient time management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of basic analytics tools usage
