Who you are
ㆍBachelor degree
ㆍ+3yrs of relevant working experience in healthcare industry is
preferred
ㆍPreference will be given to candidates with experience in
histopathology, cytopathology or a cytotechnologist certification.

Job Summary
장비에 대한 교육 및 훈련, 장비와 시약의 설치(application) 및 가동, CLSI에
의거한 평가 지원, 문제해결등의 모든 학술적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 검사실의
사용자(혹은 잠재고객)를 만족시키고 직/ 간접적으로 자사의 장비와 시약의
판매에 기여

ㆍ장비 및 Item 세팅
- 자사 시약 parameter setting
- Calibration & Control 을 통한 데이터 확인

Role Purpose
The purpose of the IT Specialist at Roche Diagnostics Korea is to deliver
our Roche digital product value based on customer and patient-centric
by supporting the seamless installation, operation, and maintenance of
Roche diagnostic software. Through these efforts, the IT Specialist helps
customers effectively use Roche diagnostic products and solutions,
leading to the improvement of the quality of medical services for
patients.
Your key responsibilities
ㆍInstallation and configuration: Install and set up Roche diagnostic
software according to customer requirements and specifications.
ㆍTechnical support: Resolve issues and provide necessary updates that
customers may encounter while using diagnostic software.
ㆍMaintenance: Perform regular server&software inspections to ensure
smooth customer usage.
ㆍSystem integration: Integrate Roche diagnostic software with
customers' existing systems, ensuring compatibility and
interconnectivity.
ㆍData management: Perform database management and maintenance
for the collection, storage, and processing of diagnostic data.
Support data analysis and report creation when needed.
ㆍSecurity and compliance: Maintain diagnostic data security and
comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding information
protection and privacy policies.
ㆍCustomer support and communication: Contribute to continuous
service improvement and customer satisfaction through effective
communication with customers.
ㆍAnalyze Lab IT environments for customers and identify their IT needs
ㆍShare customers' needs and domestic experience with APAC and
global teams, and deliver the value of Roche digital products
to customers and patients.
ㆍCreation and regular update of various types of manuals for
IT products
Who you are
ㆍAt least Bachelor Degree in a Bio-medical engineering /
IT related discipline is required
ㆍLearning and Growth mind-set to live in exploring yourself to break
work boundaries and cross-functional work environment
ㆍGood communication skills with customers and colleagues
ㆍ1~3 years’ Service engineer or IT experience in the industry preferred
ㆍBasic training about General IT knowledge

Your key responsibilities
Responsible product/TA: SWA system (cobas pro & pure) product,
Clinical chemistry, Infectious disease Define and execute SWA
product marketing plans and perform daily product management
tasks.
ㆍDevelop and execute product marketing plans and plan of actions
ㆍDevelop product key message and sales tools such as brochure,
master presentations, advertising films and gimmicks
ㆍPrepare new product launch and manage the product lifecycle from
phase in to phase out.
ㆍPrice management: distributor prices and delivery prices
ㆍStock management such as forecast, ordering and
allocation during bottleneck
ㆍManage all regulatory and reimbursement tasks involved
during phase in and out
ㆍSupport quality issues with S&S and QA
