■ Field Operator : Responsible for checking process condition and acting as field operator in order to operate plant
steady while producing adipic acid and also try to improve process operation condition.

ve operation conditions for Best Quality and Best Efficiency under local and BASF EHS rules.
■ Pelletizing & AH Salt operator : As a Pelletizing & AH Salt operator in the PA66 production shift, manage the Pelletiz
ing & AH Salt system, maintain operation records, check for equipment abnormalities, conduct sampling and analysi
s, handle workplace organization and simple maintenance tasks, report to the control room in case of emergencies, a
nd take necessary on-site actions.
■ Main Task
■ Field Operator (800 Section : waste water treatment unit and DBA flake unit)
- Waste Water Treatment Unit operation - Operate DBA flake unit for stable quality - Dehydrator operation - Chemical preparation - Field checking and equipment operation
- Safety and environment monitoring and control
■ Pelletizer & Additive weighing Operator
ㆍRelated to EHS - Ensures always to conduct the work based on the BASF’s SHE standard regulations - To ensure suitable PPE to be used based on the standard operating procedure ㆍOperations - To carry out the orders from his/her Shift leaders & upper managements - To carry out the works according to Work Request sheet per each grade - To secure the best product quality impacted by her/his works while keeping the Company safety rules ㆍ5S activity in the plant area - Keep clean & tidy the plant & assigned areas - To clean his/her working area just before finishing his/her working hours and report any abnormality - To ensure that the operator’s activities will not disturb or cause any problems for the company and for the environ

■ Pelletizing & AH Salt operator
ㆍMaintain and manage PA6.6 Pelletizing and AH Salt processes for normal operation - Prepare and supervise maintenance work for assigned processes - Write operation logs and maintain records - Support process analysis activities (sample collection) according to the sampling plan and instructions from DCS
operators, and report the results - Perform simple maintenance tasks and manage work areas within the process area - Perform simple replacement and cleaning tasks according to the instructions of the shift supervisor and DCS opera
tors - Acquire knowledge of process equipment and operation to prevent emergency shutdowns - Take necessary measures to ensure safe execution of maintenance work - Follow instructions from superiors, such as changing operating conditions on-site - Follow instructions from the shift supervisor and DCS operators
