[Job summary]

• - Process non-sales orders (Outbound, Return, Sample, Warranty, Inspection, Donation)
• - Manage billing process order processing
• - Monitor Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service of 3PL Distributor service in line with contract and SLAs
• - Monitor Goods Movements and Stock Movements within the 3PL
• - Monitor and maintain compliance to Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
• - Warehouse support activities including document related process activities

[Key responsibilities]

• - Manage VOC (Voice of Customers) including inquiries and complaints and establish preventive action in relation to issues. Respond to customers’ and stakeholders’ inquiries from the phone or any other channel promptly
• - Process non-sales orders (Sample, Sample Return, Warranty, Inspection, Donation)
• - Support Deliver CS/Warehouse Distribution operation
• - Conduct self-assessment to maintain J&J compliance
• - Redressing operation process governance and management

[Preferred Qualifications]

• - Bachelor’s Degree or above
• - Problem-solving skills.
• - Customer (internal and external) driven approach
• - Exercises Good Judgment and Drives Change in a continuously changed Regulatory environment
• - Strong work ethic, integrity, and respect
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required
• - Communication skill in the English language is a plus
