Job Description ㆍCalculating and processing payroll/bonus/retirement pension/tax for equity or other awards accurately and on time ㆍEnsuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll, taxes, and benefits ㆍMaintaining accurate records of employee hours worked, wages paid, and deductions ㆍAddressing inquiries from employees regarding their pay and benefits ㆍCollaborating with HR staff and finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency ㆍUpdating payroll or benefit systems and software as needed ㆍHandling any payroll-related issues or discrepancies that may arise ㆍAssists in auditing process for payroll, bonus payout and other awards ㆍAdministers and communicates coworers in providing new hires, terminations or employee list  ㆍSupports the team activities from time to time when assigned by superior ㆍPrepares and develops special studies and makes recommendations on related compensation /benefits subjects, where required ㆍWork for local payroll or timekeeping system renewal project as main person in charge with global team ㆍHandling other HR systems (view or input data) Requirements  ㆍBachelor's Degree in HR, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university ㆍProficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other advanced Excel functions and formulas ㆍAble to work independently as well as to be an adaptable team player with a strong analytical skill ㆍProfessional and customer focused in your approach including sensitivity in handling confidential data ㆍStrong attention to detail and sensitive to numbers to ensure accuracy of data ㆍStrong interest and motivation to develop and grow in C&B function ㆍGood command of spoken and written English ㆍHR related experience is plus but not a mandatory
