1. Job Description
- Policy advisory tasks for the president
- Management of president 's expenses, including corporate card
management
- Reception and coordination for domestic and foreign VIPs
- Preparation and reporting of meeting materials
- Document management tasks
- Management of business trips and events
- Office environment management tasks
- Operation and management of corporate vehicles for the president
2. Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 8
years of experience in either secretary or protocol of president
- Proficiency
in English (speaking and writing)
- Ability
to draft quality documents and Powerpoint Presentation materials
- Excellent
computer literacy skills including Hangul, MS Office, etc.
- No
disqualification for overseas travel
- For men,
must have completed military service or been exempted

5. Conditions of Employment
- Type of employment:
Initially hired on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of a
permanent contract based on performance evaluation at the end of the initial
contract period
- Working
hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00

As per university regulations (to be determined after the interview)
