[Nespresso] Logistics Specialist

Direct Report to
- Logistics Manager
 
Main Purpose of Job
- Provide operational support of expansion of sales channel with excellence Logistics process, and dispatch in line with customer expectations and global/market guidelines so as to deliver competitive advantage and excellent service for Nespresso and the customer
 
End to End warehouse operation performance
- Daily review/support of warehouse operation
- Streamline E2E operation in line with customer service level
- 3PL KPI management - Order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, damage, productivity, etc 
- Prepare and communicate new product/promotion launch detail with 3PL partner
- New standard process setup if required
- Forecast and validate 3PL logistics cost 
- Return management from customer/BTQs/ASC
- Regular inventory counting/write-off
- Inventory management - aging/slow-mover/traceability/FIFO/FEFO
- Ensure warehouse BCP policy with regular review
- Project Lead & Report
 
Maintain collaborative partnership
- Maintain good relationship with 3PL(3rd Party Logistics) & Delivery service company
- Organize monthly review with 3PL with managing follow-up tasks
- Efficient communication with partners to ensure better service level
 
Tracking
- Project progress with timeline 
- Project report 
- Monthly operation report 
- Operation efficiency & cost managing report
 
Others 
- Proactively support upcoming SC project
- Annual OFC(Order fulfillment Center) audit in line with global/market standard

Job Requirements
- 7~10 experience in logistics system.(FMCG prefer)
