About the role As the Channel Marketing Team Manager, KKday Korea, you will be responsible for: Lead marketing team (Affiliate, KOL, and Paid/CRM Marketing) to drive business expansion, branding and growth Develop new and tactical Marketing strategy opportunities to increase KKday Korea traffic, growth, revenue and profit Develop Growth initiatives including integrated co-marketing campaign & promotions to drive customer acquisition and maximize revenue growth
To be successful in this role, you must: Be a commercial marketing thinker yet hands on executor, solid relationship builder with partners, advanced analytical skills with a passion for the travel tech industry. You must have an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to drive short- and long-term strategic marketing opportunities & growth building expertise Able to lead a team of marketers to support business objectives
Job Responsibilities Key Influencer Lead (KOL) Acquire new influencer & partners management
Assess & identify new potential influencer partnership collaboration opportunities to drive new traffic growth opportunities Manage and optimise (i.e using creative, incentive ideas / methods) our affiliate and influencer marketing programs
Campaign development
Plan, book, and manage promotional campaigns with potential partners, influencers, and media companies. Work cross-functionally to successfully implement new campaigns, materials, and content for Influencer marketing programs.
Affiliate Partnership Management Identify new affiliate partners and developing affiliate marketing campaigns Manage performance and connections through continuous communication with affiliate partners Plan and manage affiliate marketing projects, campaigns, and promotions Collaborate with internal departments for partnership collaboration Manage affiliate partner's white-label pages and coupons Analyze affiliate results and formulating strategies
Paid Strategy Management Perform the data monitoring advertisement channels such as Naver Search/Shopping and Google Manage KKday’s products in the Naver Shopping channel and support marketing activities through SEO optimization works Lead key performance indicators and identify issues of CRM channels(App, eDM, Kakao, etc.) through data analysis Lead planning and reviewing design assets for CRM channels(App, eDM, Kakao, etc.) & Paid channels(Meta, Google, etc.) Lead overall Growth marketing activities based on Performance & CRM marketing
Performance Marketing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Research and optimize content on KKday Korea own channels (i.e blog, website etc) to drive SEO optimization effectiveness Recommend changes to website architecture, layouts, content, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Lead SEM platforms and optimising social, Kakao related channels Evaluate the performance trend and providing feasible recommendations for maximizing quarter GMV & revenue
Leadership(Target Oriented and Execution) Internal marketing team (Affiliate, KOL, and Paid channels/CRM Marketing)
Lead, motivate and inspire Marketing team to develop solid marketing plan to drive marketing promotion campaigns Ensure all marketing promotional, campaigns are communicated effectively to internal teams to ensure follow through
Cross Functional team
We would love to hear from you if: You have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications(preferred) Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean, Chinese is a plus. You have 6 to 8 years of work experience in Marketing handling full spectrum which key focus on Paid channel or Affiliate Marketing(Performance channel is highly preferred but not a must). Ideally from e-commerce travel industry You have level of understanding how affiliate & KOL partnership and paid channels works and a point of view on the best kinds of creative engaging branded content Experience in planning and spearheading new affiliate marketing projects and campaigns. Plus to have experience in managing affiliate partners across various industries such as affiliate networks, duty-free, credit card companies, payment gateways, banks, airlines, tourism, travel platforms, or e-commerce. You have a strong and robust marketing sense of travel, e-commerce, or OTA. You have experience in develop marketing strategy into a target and monitor framework for different go to market channels You have demonstrated leadership skills(leading marketing team) and ability to succeed in a fast pace, startup environment. You are proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint You have excellent project management, analytical, and partnership management skills You are a self starter who will deliver result Your strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills help you to partner with multiple stakeholders You have strong entrepreneurial mindset, motivated and driven to meet tight deadlines You have the ability to have effective communication with teams across different offices and cultural backgrounds You have a love for the travel industry!
