[Responsibilities]

• - Perform periodic maintenance activities (e.g. calibration, performance check and preventive maintenance) for laboratory equipment with external equipment vendor and document results in eCMMS (enterprise Computerised Maintenance Management System) and EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
• - Arrange periodic maintenance activities' schedule with external vendors and internal counterparts
• - Participate and support corrective maintenance (e.g. fix, repair) activities for laboratory equipment with external vendor engineer
• - Support Data Integrity periodic activities (e.g. account review, system audit trail review)
• - Assist account management for laboratory computerized systems
• - Support equipment non-conformance investigation
• - Responsible as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for laboratory equipments' calibration
• - Work as eCMMS technician

[Requirements]

• - Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biology or related scientific field is required
• - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and dedication to meeting timeline is required
• - Agility to plan and prioritize, working to tight timeframes
• - Build relationships with external vendors and internal counter parts to investigate any non-conformances during maintenance activities
• - Be motivated and self-driven; able to work independantly and in a high collaborative, dynamic team environment
• - Good command of both Koran & English; speaking, reading and writing
