Supply Chain operation
(Store opening and closing)
- Open the categories to meet the store offer.  

- System review and testing for initial sales and store operation. 

- Initial stock allocation to review new store or closing stores. 

- Initial delivery volume management for goods and non-goods with Hong Kong Supply Chain team.
- Review the sales target for the opening store and support

stock to boost up for opening sales. 

Merchandising and Non-Merchandising
(products and packaging) 
- Monitoring for overstock return from store to warehouse and exportation

- Stock allocation: rebalancing a stock in store to store and

e-commerce to store based on sales and store requirement.
- Monitoring & maintaining stock transaction rate from

store to store and exporting lead time.
- Leading a destruction and managing the process.

- Staff sales: stock selection in compliance with

zone guideline, prepare a venue and layout, stock labeling,
arrange destruction after staff sales.
- Quality report for available stocks returned from local

store to warehouse and share to stakeholders regularly.
- Update SOP of staff sales, destruction, and stock adjustment 

- Packaging management at Stores: KPI,

Quarterly counting-reports with inventory management

Multi-functional Communications
- Regular meeting with 3PL, commercial functions including stores.

- Task-forced meetings with Hong Kong, Korea staffs.

Projects
- Contract management for related vendors

- Supply Chain projects initiated by HQ/Region/Country level

related to system implementation, process improvement
and SOP developments

- +8 years of Supply Chain & Logistics
working experience

- BA degree or above

- Advanced level of English
(Speaking & Writing)

- Good knowledge or experience in SAP

- Expertise in PPT, Excel

- Fast adaptation for Diverse & Inclusion

- Good communicator

- Strong time-manager
