Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple office facilities in South Korea.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the upkeep of all facilities.
Oversee and coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other
facility-related services.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and
security standards.
Manage budgets and expenses related to facility operations, including negotiating contracts and
monitoring costs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any facility-related issues or requests.
Implement and maintain best practices for energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainability
initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to facility operations.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of facilities and any ongoing
projects.
Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters and address any emergencies or issues
as they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in facilities management or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team and external
partners.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Korean and English languages (written and spoken).
Certification in facilities management or related field is a plus.
Experience working in a multinational company or managing multiple offices is preferred.
