WHAT'S THE ROLE?Manage overall demand planning and inventory management for Korea market
organization. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop a sales forecast guiding
the Supply Chain for targeted sales and delivery performance. Oversee material flow
while optimizing stock and service levels. Plan and procure for product portfolios,

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Demand planning, S&OP process - ○ Leading S&OP (Sales and Operation planning) process with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics)
- ○ Partner with Sales and Marketing to create a sales forecast to steer the Supply Chain to achieve targeted sales and delivery performance.
- ○ Manage the flow of materials within Market Organization for full product portfolio ensuring that there is an optimization of stock and service level at all locations in line with company objectives.
- ○ Plan and purchase for products portfolio(s) by closely connecting with multiple business unit material planner and sales, marketing colleagues
- ○ Manage product availability to achieve corporate service levels with minimizing air-freight urgent shipment
Inventory management - ○ Manage inventory levels to achieve working capital targets while minimizing bad goods like aging obsolescence and slow movers with action plans
- ○ Support sales channels to manage basic inquiry regarding material management (stock allocation, backorder management)
- ○ Manage supply issues by communication with Hub, BU MM team
- ○ Responsible to manage demo-stock policy and operation
WHAT DO WE OFFER?WHAT YOU NEED IS:- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred in logistics, supply chain management or
- industrial engineering)
- Experience at least 7 years of professional demand, supply chain planning
- experience, preferably in foreign trade companies
- Fluent in English and Korean both verbal and written
- Good analytical, excellent communication, Problem solving skills and proactive
- collaboration with cross functional team and business partners
- Excellent in MS office (especially for Excel) application (preferred in powerBI,
- power query, VBA.)
- Experience with SAP system
