[ABInBev Korea 오비맥주] Marketing부문 Strategy Manager

- Support Strategy sr. manager to lead full year marketing planning cycle – develop right consumer insight/opportunity to define portfolio strategy

- Build a deep understanding of beverage industry trends as well as competitive threats and opportunities

- Working closely with marketing leaders to ensure compliance to marketing KPIs and tracking/monitoring of key metrics

- Accountable for reporting internal business review routines in regard to Marketing

- Manage category consumption tracking study to deliver on time in full and deep dive on the result bi-annually to understand category consumption behavior. Connect the dots between learnings and marketing plans with business impact

- Manage shopper tracking study to deliver insights and implications together with sales team and present bi-annual reports to key stakeholders

- Leading the monitoring and monthly reporting of key marketing dashboards

▶자격요건

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance planning, marketing, statistics, business administration

- Min. 5 years of relevant work and/or experience in marketing strategy, market intelligence, finance planning  

in leading CPGs, F&B/beer industry

- Strong understanding of business strategy and company's resources to drive analysis 

- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English & Korean
