■ 업무내용
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the production of a wide range of Italian-inspired pastries and desserts, ensuring exceptional quality, flavor, and presentation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastry arts, innovative in recipe development, and dedicated to delivering memorable culinary experiences to our customers..

● Pastry Production: Manage all aspects of pastry production, including mixing, baking,decorating, and plating. Ensure that all pastries are prepared and presented according to established recipes, quality standards, and aesthetic guidelines.

● Inventory Management: Monitor stocks of ingredients and ensure orders are placed as needed to maintain adequate supplies within budgetary constraints. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.

● Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of materials, ingredients, and equipment used for cooking to ensure quality and consistency in all pastry products.

● Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the pastry department. Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development to enhance skills and productivity.

● Staffing Support: Collaborate with operations and management to identify staffing needs and assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of pastry personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

● Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with

■ 자격조건

● 1-3 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume bakery, pastry shop,or restaurant, with a focus on Italian pastries and desserts.

● Culinary degree or equivalent education in pastry arts or baking.

● Creative flair and artistic ability in pastry design, decoration, and presentation.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred.

■ 근로조건
    - 연봉 약 6,800만원 내외 ($50,000 or up, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음, 경력에 따라 협의 가능)
    - 근무 요일 : 유연(스케쥴)근무
- 근무 시간 : 유연(스케쥴)근무
    - 해외정착지원금 500만원 수령가능 (한국산업인력공단 지원, 해당여부는 관련 기관에 문의)
- Overpay 1.5배 지급

※ 파견직이 아닌 해당기업  또는 미국현지법인(미주지사) 직접고용으로 근무하게 됩니다.
※ 서류전형 합격자에 한해 해당 기업 면접이 진행되며, 면접 합격 후 J-1 Visa를 발급받고 출국합니다
※ J-1비자를 받기 위한 승인서류 발급 프로세스는 아이씨엔그룹이 담당하며, J-1 Visa를 발급 받기 위해 발생하는 비용은 지원자 개인 부담입니다.
