글로벌 반도체 장비회사 Facility Engineer (과~부장)

Job responsibilities
• Plans facilities changes for plant and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide leadership and direction in matters related to facility operations and scope/quality of services
• Provide mechanical and electrical engineering design review input and approval for facility infrastructure and process tool installation projects
• Provide mechanical and electrical engineering construction input and commissioning support for facility infrastructure projects
• Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings
• Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs
• Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Support as-build documentation of mechanical and electrical system layouts and P&ID’s(piping and instrumentation diagram)
• Maintain load/capacity studies for facility infrastructure systems
• Drive improvement of infrastructure system performance and up-time
• Implement with standard operating procedure creation and training skills including ISO audit
• Work directly with contractors and service providers to ensure delivery of operational results
• Capital and expensed project financial management and control

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years’ experience in facility or related field
• Semiconductor /wafer fab/cleanroom/factory experience
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint
• Excellent and effective English communication skills

Preferred qualifications
• National certificate in architectural, mechanical, electrical and architectural engineering
• proficiency in problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and drive results
• Outgoing with initiative and able to work independently
• Project management experience is plus
