[Summary]

- Responsible for providing high quality Medical Information to internal and external customers in compliance with Corporate and regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for ensuring all promotional materials are medically accurate, appropriate and compliant with local and J&J regulations.

- Provide specialized medical information support to business partners in cross-functional engaged business projects.

[Main responsibilities]

Handling Medical Information requests

- Provide balanced, accurate and timely medical information in response to requests from internal and external customers.

- Manage enquiries from internal and external customers and archive database of delivered verbal and written responses.

- Maintain Medical Information responses with up-to-date and relevant information for assigned products or therapeutic areas.

- Report spontaneous Adverse Events to Local Safety Officer or designee.

- Report Product Complaints to Commercial Quality.

Review of promotional materials

- Set up and maintain promotional material review process.

- Review and approve promotional materials in compliance with Corporate and regulatory requirements.

Providing support to Business Units

- Provide scientific support through literature updates, bulletins, and other topic of interest to internal customers, as needed.

- Engage in cross-functional activities to provide MI perspectives and ensure application of appropriate process standards.

[Qualifications:]

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy, biology or health science, or equivalent training as a healthcare provider. Pharmacist preferred.

Related experience:

-Previous experience on the pharmaceutical industry or medical environment is desired.

Job specific competencies/skills required:

- Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice

- Fluency in written and spoken English in addition to local language(s)

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers

The role involves extensive interactions with:

- Health Care Compliance/Legal

- Market Access

- Regulatory Affairs

- Sales and Marketing team in local Operating Company

- Business Technology

- Global Clinical Operation/Medical Affairs Operation (GCO/MAO)

- All Medical Team leaders and members

- Vendors who provide Medical Information and/or Call Center Services

- Domestic and International travels are required
